Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Lovely Little Things. It is important to us that you love your order. Non personalized full price items may be returned for store credit. Please email claire.lovelylittlethings@gmail.com to begin your return. 

 

• Acceptable Returns: full price items may be returned for store credit within 7 days of receiving the items- unwashed, unworn, tags attached, in original packaging and free of any noxious odors, pet hair, etc. We are unable to return items that no longer meet these conditions. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Customer must pay to ship the item back.
• Monogrammed and personalized items are not eligible for return.
• Pleased note that due to variations in screens and lighting, the actual thread color on items may differ from what is visually displayed on your monitor.
• We do not accept returns for preorder and special order items.
• We do not accept returns for holiday/seasonal items.
• We do not accept returns for sale or discounted items.
• While we make every effort to provide accurate turn around time, these are approximate times and sometimes items will ship earlier than stated and sometimes they will ship later than stated.
• Timing estimates for preorder and backordered items are estimates based on the information provided to us from our vendors.
