Summer Internship

• This intern position will report to and work with the owner, Claire Wilson

• Oversee order fulfillment and inventory management.

• Assist in customer-facing issues related to general customer service/support, embroidery questions etc.

• Create new product listings on Shopify and Etsy

Additional Job Responsibilities (based on interests and hours worked per week)

• Assist in managing collaborations with influencers.

• Assist in managing/organizing photo shoots and editing photos. (Photography skills a big plus)

• Assist with/oversee social media accounts (currently Instagram and Facebook). Create and maintain Pinterest account

• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new product launches and collaborations.

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or another related field. 

• Highly organized. Your bedroom is spotless, you believe everything should be perfectly put in its place, and you like helping keep others organized.

• Creative mindset. Cheerful and outgoing personality. Calm and collected, even when the customer may not always be.

• Extremely detail-oriented and have an eye for good design. You take pride in your work and want things to be perfect before they are done.

• Ability to think strategically and communicate those ideas clearly both in person and in writing.

• Comfortable working on a small team in a start-up environment.

• Nice to have : Proficiency in Shopify/Etsy. Machine embroidery experience a BIG plus.

• Willing to commit, at a minimum, approximately 10-15 hours a week in person. Will be working in my home office in North Central Austin (78757)
